​A little about me:

I've had an active personal yoga practice since 2006.  I was originally drawn to yoga through meditation. Once I discovered yoga, there was no turning back for me.  Yoga has brought a sense of peace to my mind, body, and soul that I was never able to find before. I wish to share this wonderful healing journey with others. I believe the first process in any yoga class is to be fully present; connecting to the breath and surrendering to the movement with love and acceptance.  I teach to respect each person’s own ability. Everyone is at a different level and there is no right or wrong level, just a respect for the body. I believe that Yoga gives us a connection to our higher purpose.  I hope to bring love, light, and acceptance back to the body, heart and mind by sharing the yoga journey.

My classes are soft, smooth, and guided with love and acceptance.  Sharing the complete journey of yoga is my passion.  I truly believe that Yoga is for everyone.  Come release, restore, and radiate your inner being with Yoga.   

I am a Certified Yoga Instructor, Yoga Tune Up ® and Roll Model ® Instructor and Certified Usui Reiki Healer Level 1 and 2. I specialize in yoga for tight, stiff bodies and beginners’ yoga.  I teaching mindfulness and guided meditations along with breath practices and awarness. 


My additional fields of study include: meditation; breath-work; teaching yoga to those with trauma, recovery, and chronic pain; T.F.T, or Tapping; Hand Mudra and Chanting Meditation; Somatic movement; along with the study and path of Ayurveda holistic health, the science of life the sister companion to yoga.  I combine many styles of yoga and yoga lifestyles to best suit the needs of my clients/students. 


Our life is always changing, therefore our practice is always changing  Yoga is a practice, as is life; we do the best we can each day.
