When we align our rhythms with the natural cycles of nature, we find a profound sense of harmony.

Join us in celebrating the Spring Equinox as we transition into longer days and shorter nights.
Retreats are held in San Diego, San Marcos @ Questhaven.

Release the stagnant, heavy energy of winter as we gently soften into the promise of spring. This is a season of cleansing—not only of the foods that sustained us through colder days, but of the hidden weight and shadow we’ve quietly carried within. It is a time of rebirth, renewal, and lightness.
We support this transformation through simple, intentional nourishment—cleansing foods chosen to help the body release what no longer serves and create space for clarity, balance, and vitality. Each meal becomes an act of care, a quiet ritual of renewal.
Our days are guided by yoga, breathwork, meditation, and mantra—practices that awaken circulation, calm the nervous system, and reconnect us with our natural rhythms. Through conscious movement, intentional breath, and sacred sound, we create space for release, balance, and inner listening.
We also slow down and step into nature, allowing time for quiet wandering, reflection, and gentle pondering. In stillness—beneath open skies, among trees, and within the rhythm of the earth—we remember how to listen, how to soften, and how to simply be.
Hands-on creative experiences further support this unfolding, offering a space to explore, express, and release. Through creativity, we access deeper layers of healing, allowing transformation to arise in ways words alone cannot reach.
A flower does not bloom without effort. It begins in darkness, pressing through thick soil, reaching for the sun’s warmth, trusting the journey until it finally opens. We are that flower.
Together, in a like-minded community, we hold space for one another—to cleanse, shed old layers, rise, awaken, and bloom.

Retreats with Deb are pretty spectacular. I just finished one and it was a beautiful chance to reconnect with myself, with nature, eat clean food and spend quality time with kind, like-minded women. While I've had ah-hah, burning bush moments at Deb's retreats in the past, this one was mostly quiet and peaceful for me. Deb has a way of connecting with her participants that makes the experience safe, healing and enlightening. And fun! Her passion for self-love and self-esteem is so genuine and real, she tears up when she talks about the retreats and what they mean to her. Because my retreat experience was more subtle this time, I was able to witness how it truly impacted another in the group - she had a self-awakening of sorts thanks to Deb's loving, spiritual retreat environment. I look forward to many more retreats and experiences with Deb!
Love, Adrienne
Deb, I love how you gently guide us though every step. Thank you for sharing your passion, positivity, kindness and love with us. We are so grateful for the peaceful and nurturing experience and adventure.

This was a wonderful experience; I am so glad I came. I loved the Reiki, early morning mediations, yoga, sound healing, walks, and picnic bench yoga.

Thank you for the loving, insightful, and nourishing retreat.
Thank you for another awesome retreat. I love seeing someone in their element, so perfectly suited in their passion, affecting so many people so positively. You have changed my life, introduced me to a whole new, wonderful world. My body, mind, and soul LOVE your practice and retreats.
I loved all the crafts you did, the schedule was perfect, the chanting, the yoga, the sound experience, the tree hugging walk, the labyrinth with the group and the periods of silence, and your wonderful and presence. Thank you.

Deb’s retreats are both a comfort and a joy, whether you are looking for selfcare and reflection or to relax in a beautiful hilltop setting surrounded by trees, birds, and native plants. She creates each well-organized retreat to a theme and plans the movements, chants, and spiritual activities around it. The yoga positions are not difficult ones and are always modifiable. The single and double rooms for no more than 14 women are functional, and very clean, with your own bathroom and heater/air conditioner. All the food is home-made, healthy, and delicious. Massages are offered at additional cost. There is excellent internet connectivity if you need it. And it’s an easy drive from Orange County or San Diego. Structured time is balanced with free time to hike the trails or stroll the grounds with new friends, read, or nap. All activities are optional. At the retreat I attended, we had a silent dinner, walked the labyrinth, journaled, wove crowns, made sleep pillows, did a candle ceremony, and much more. The long weekend was the perfect restorative getaway in a sacred space.
